The Australian tennis player, Nick Kyrgios once again jeered at the 19-time Grand Slam champion, Rafael Nadal. He portrayed the Wimbledon’s incident, where he hit on Rafa in the midst of the rally.

ATP Tour tweeted an old snippet, where Fernando Gonzalez was playing against Radek Stepanek. While finishing the point, Gonzalez slammed the ball on Stepanek’s back and showed no mercy.

Nick Kyrgios furthered re-tweeted and juxtaposed it with Wimbledon’s incident. Later, Kyrgios’ mocking remark which addressed Rafa was deleted. During their heated second Wimbledon encounter this year, Kyrgios hit Nadal from the baseline. He admitted that he did it on purpose and refused to apologize.

“Why would I apologize? I mean, the dude has got how many Slams, how much money in the bank account? I think he can take a ball to the chest, bro. I’m not going to apologize to him at all,” Nick Kyrgios reflected post his Wimbledon match.

During Cincinnati Open 2019, Nick Kyrgios was charged USD 113k for the series of unsportsmanlike conduct, he also ranted with the chair umpire over the shot clock and out of the blue he dragged Rafael Nadal during his altercation with the umpire. 

“You’re telling me Rafa plays that quick every service ball? That’s hilarious bro, hilarious. If Rafa plays that quick I’m retiring. Retiring from tennis. Absolute rubbish… disgrace. “Get me some footage of Rafa playing that quick, that game. If you can find any of that I’ll shut my mouth and never speak again. I guarantee you’ll find none of that, none of it,” this was Kyrgios’ rant with the chair umpire in Cincinnati.

Later, Nick Kyrgios called out on social media where he posted a video comparing his shot clock timing with the World Number two, Nadal. In that video, Kyrgios took 28.22 seconds, while Nadal was prolonging with his service game for 41 seconds.
