The world of streaming has seen many controversies over the years. The norms usually dictate that when a streamer violates the TOS of a streaming platform, there is a sound reason provided behind any action taken by that platform. Although, that was not what happened when Dr Disrespect was mysteriously banned from Twitch.

Dr Disrespect’s controversial Twitch ban has been the talk of the town for a long time now. The major reason for this is that Doc himself doesn’t know the reason why he was banned in the first place. On the contrary, popular streamer Ninja believes that Doc knows exactly why he was banned.

Ninja thinks Dr Disrespect know why he was banned from Twitch

In his latest stream, he answers a fan’s question regarding Doc’s ban. He says, “This isn’t some political bull****, man. I don’t know what it was, but something happened. He did something ban-worthy of the platform. I do believe that he might now have been told about it. I don’t think that he doesn’t know what it is”

He continues by saying that if he himself was permanently banned, he would have a good idea about caused it. Additionally, he also calls for Twitch to have more transparency when they suspend streamers. He also believes that the streamers deserve to know exactly why they were banned by their Twitch representatives, and that’s how things should work.

Moving forward, he reinstates that he believes Doc when he says that he doesn’t know why he was banned. Although, he raises some important questions where he says, “How do you not know what you did? How much did you have to do that you cannot pinpoint it?”

Doc has been dealing with anxiety since his ban

This makes sense, considering a ban of this magnitude has to have a strong reason behind it. Dr Disrespect may say that he doesn’t know what went wrong, but the suspicion that he does know will always be there. Nevertheless, after speaking about this ban controversy, he praises Doc for his spectacular comeback to streaming. He mentions how he managed an amazing switch to YouTube despite everything going on in his life.

Looking at things from Dr Disrespect’s perspective, things have not been easy for him. Even if he knows the reason behind his ban, it must’ve surely been a stressful situation when he got to know about it. No wonder Doc recently mentioned that he has been dealing with anxiety since his ban.

Nevertheless, it seems he is slowly getting back to being the living embodiment of ‘Violence, Speed, Momentum” and is doing everything in his power to ensure his move to YouTube is a success.
