Get ready to laugh! Talk show queen Gayle King is known for her hard-hitting interviews. This time she’s switching gears to hilarious prankster. King took to Instagram to share her latest prank. It involves none other than media mogul Oprah Winfrey and basketball legend Charles Barkley.

The caption reads: “Have you heard of the oil rig prank happening? Where people are calling family members & friends saying they got a job in underwater welding. I love a harmless prank so I called @oprah, @charleswbarkley, favorite kids Will & Kirby, and fav son-in-law Virgil…turns out they all had thoughts…”

We can only picture King’s tone as she dials Oprah’s number. Oprah who is known for her vast business empire. There was a mix of concern and amusement, questioning why Charles Barkley would take a job underwater.

Charles Barkley, on the other hand, is famous for his unfiltered personality and comedic timing. Imagine his voice on the phone which comes with a surprised “No, F*ck No!” upon hearing about the supposed oil rig job from Gayle’s voice.
