The torch is lit, and the Tokyo Olympics 2020 has begun. After a year’s delay, the summer Olympics has seen a grand opening and the events have already begun. Here’s everything you need to know about diving, which is one of the water sports at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. 

Diving consists of eight events at Tokyo Olympics 2020. More than 100 athletes will take part in the events which will be held at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre. The diving events begin on July 24, Saturday, and will run till August 7. 

There will be four events each for men and women: 3m springboard, synchronized 3m springboard, 10m platform, and synchronized 10m platform.

USA Announces Women’s Springboard and Platform Diving Teams for Tokyo Olympics 2020

How to watch diving events in different countries – US, UK, Canada, Australia, and More: 

There are six channels that will stream the Tokyo Olympics 2020 in the United States through television or live streaming. They are: 

NBC

USA

NBCSN

CNBC

Olympic Channel

Golf Channel

Out of these, diving events will primarily be telecasted on NBC. Tokyo is 13-hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, and Peacock, NBCOlympics.com, NBC Sports App, and fuboTV are the live streaming platforms for Tokyo Olympics 2020.

UK viewers can watch the Tokyo Olympics 2020 on BBC and Eurosport. Furthermore, British viewers can also live stream the coverage on the BBC app or the Eurosport app with required subscriptions.

As for Canada, SportsNet has the broadcasting rights to the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Fans can also watch the live stream through SN Now and SN Now+.
