In a house walkthrough Instagram story, Biles shared an image of the pool area with a view of a lake, followed by an image of the basketball court in her yard. Then came the surprise. She had a trampoline installed in her yard. As she showed that off, she stated that it’s been a year since she flipped. “So, I actually haven’t flipped in a year. And we’re at our new house. So, here we go.”
Showing off her gymnastics skills, probably after last year’s ‘Gold over America Tour’, she performed two back flips. And when the NFL star asked her to do a triple-double from behind the camera, Simone Biles refused right away, saying that she developed cramps. She wasn’t going to injure herself right after the “first flip in a year at the new house with new 🍒.” Well, Simone Biles did her first flip of the year in style. But her inactivity in the gymnasium has raised some speculations about her participation in the 2028 Olympic Games.

Simone Biles weighs in on her stance for the LA 2028 Olympics
Last week, Biles visited Buenos Aires for a two-day program to inspire and motivate the young gymnasts in Argentina. Through a motivational talk called ‘The Power of Believing’, Biles shared various nooks and crannies about her career and her mental health journey. The Olympian also acknowledged the fact that the fans are missing her in action. She stated, “Everyone likes to talk about L.A. and what that road looks like for me. So currently, I am taking some time off from the gym because I think it’s really important that your physical health matches your mental health.”

She also claimed that her performance at the Paris Olympics was phenomenal because her mental and physical health were “right on par.” And that’s the most important thing to her. Talking about the 2028 Olympic Games, she hinted, “I’m not sure what 2028 looks like, but I will be there in some capacity. I just don’t know right now if it’s on the floor or in the stands. But I definitely want to go and be a part of that movement.”
Nevertheless, with the flip on the trampoline on the backyard of her new home, we can actually see that she hasn’t lost her strength. But her stance for the LA 2028 Olympics is still in uncertain waters.
