Simone Biles does not seem to be catching a break anytime soon. Right after she got some leisure time post her Paris heroics, the 7x Olympic gold medalist went on a vacation spree. She, along with her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens initially visited NYC and Miami. The duo then went on to witness the scenic beauty of the postcard country, Switzerland. However, the highlight of her vacation was the delayed honeymoon to South Africa. Now, while almost all the celebrations seemed to have been dying down, Simone Biles had her big day coming. And it was none other than her birthday!

The gymnastics GOAT turned 28 on March 14, 2025. While birthday wishes and congratulations filled her inbox, Biles did not forget to spend her special day with two of her most beloved. And what’s more? Biles reunited with her husband on her special day! Owens, who had joined the Bears for a fresh new season seems to have taken an off day. 

The duo went boot shopping as per the update from Simone Biles’ Instagram story. Owens too, shared snippets of their shopping on his social media. Next up, Biles had a blast with her sister, Adria Biles. Adria Biles wished Simone a very happy birthday by posting a picture of them both when they were kids. As the duo looked adorable, Adria Biles’ caption read, “screaming happy birthday to my forever built in best friend i love you so much.”

She then went on to click a selfie with her sister as Simone pouted with her phone in her hand. Extending her best wishes, Simone’s sister wrote, “twenty-ATE looks stunning on you.” And that was not all. Adria further had one last picture to post. It was yet another picture from their childhood, with Simone and Adria both smiling in the most adorable manner possible. The caption read, “cutie sister b**ty b**t girl… sending all the love and tequila your way!!! you’ve shaped me into the human i am MUAH SISTER ILYSFM.” Surely, the bond between the two sisters is still as strong as it was in their childhood.

Meanwhile, it was not only Adria Biles and Jonathan Owens who wished Simone. Her BFF, Jordan Chiles too, posted an adorable collage of themselves while wishing Biles all the best on her special day. Most importantly, as Biles reunited with her beau for birthday work, her mother, Nellie Biles, penned down an emotional message for her daughter.

Taking to Instagram, Nellie shared a close-up picture of Simone striking a pout pose and wrote, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my eldest daughter/what a Blessing. May The Lord continue to Bless and keep you.” The touching post highlighted the unbreakable bond between mother and daughter, one that has been a pillar of strength through Simone’s incredible journey.

Nellie’s emotional note comes just as Biles returns home from back-to-back vacations. First, a delayed honeymoon with Jonathan Owens in South Africa, followed by a girls’ trip to the Bahamas. But rather than easing back into her routine, Simone was already back to work within 24 hours of landing. The gymnast was spotted on a shoot, getting her braids re-done and later shopping for boots with Jonathan Owens. Whether the boots were for her shoot or a last-minute birthday accessory remains to be seen, but Simone’s work ethic is clearly as relentless as ever.
