“This Year Will Be Ours”- Usain Bolt Delighted With Manchester United’s Dominant Performance vs Leeds United
Manchester United began the season with a statement, decimating rivals Leeds United 5-1 in what was a spectacle for supporters who got to return in full strength. While the ‘Glory! Glory! Man United’ chants echoed through Old Trafford, Jamaica could also probably hear it coming from the residence of Usain Bolt.
The eight-time Olympic Gold medallist, a known fan of Manchester United, celebrated the team’s promising form with reactions on social media. After the first goal itself, Bolt claimed that this would be the team’s year.

The opening celebrations were short-lived as Luke Ayling managed to score a screamer in the 48th minute. Just when Leeds looked as if they were coming back into the game, Mason Greenwood fired home the 2nd quickly followed by a third from Bruno Fernandes.
The Leeds defense was in shambles, and a relentless United attack was not about to let down. Fred managed to get his name on the scoresheet with a fifth goal to finish Leeds off in detail. The reds went marching through this game week in another memorable night at Old Trafford.

Paul Pogba, after been criticized for a poor performance last season, managed to blast his way through by assisting four out of the five goals scored. The Frenchman overtook his entire assists tally from the previous season in one match, equalling that number in less than an hour from the first whistle.
