A custom hashtag emoji for Simone Biles

Just days before Simone Biles gets to compete at the Olympics, she created a piece of history. The social media platform Twitter announced that they had created a custom hashtag emoji for the American. This is the first time Twitter has given this treatment to an Olympian.

Then again, Simone Biles is no ordinary Olympian. In her recent competitions, Biles has been sporting leotards with a bedazzled goat, nicknamed Goldie. This is a cheeky acknowledgment of her status as the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT).?

So naturally, the custom hashtag emoji for Simone Biles is an adorable goat. We see the goat wearing a leotard, doing a split leap, just like Biles does on the balance beam. Simone Biles was the second most talked-about athlete on Twitter.
