Known for her remarkable high jumps, Wague proudly represented the University of California’s track and field squad. Hawa soared to a silver-medal finish at the Pac-12 Championships in 2022. In the same year, she also posted a high jump mark of 1.71m (5-7.25) at the NCAA West Region Preliminary, and competed in seven outdoor meets for Cal.
