So, Noah Lyles is not just a track and field athlete anymore. Taking to Instagram on June 12, 2025, they posted a video captioned, “Big moves only.@boxtoboxfilms is teaming up with @nojo18 to launch Iconic Productions, a creative powerhouse led by athletes and fueled by purpose.“He further said that this is about legacy, truth, and putting athlete voices front and center. Our 2024 60m Olympic gold medalist is now a producer as well. What should we be expecting from Iconic Productions? In his caption, he also hinted at the kind of content his production house would produce, writing “Stories that hit different… coming soon.“And now perhaps he has an idea in his mind, and that includes his mother, what’s the plan?

In an interview with the Sports Business Journal on June 18, 2025, Noah Lyles, speaking on his new production, said, “We’re here to tell the story that all the kids want to hear about. The athletes know that are there that just haven’t had the opportunity to. One example is, you know, of course, you know the athlete, but what about the parents? You know, where are they in all this?” Brilliant idea from the Olympian to get into the lives of a parent of an athlete. What is Noah’s idea for the format of it?

In the interview, he says, “And that could be as easy as doing a reality TV show, or we could simply do a short-form podcast series on that. And beyond, you know, the limits of just, yeah, let’s just make a TV show.Lyles already has a podcast named Beyond The Records, which he co-hosts alongside Olympic champions Rai Benjamin and Grant Holloway. Hearing the idea of the Olympic gold medalist, the interviewer was quick to say that Mumma Lyles might be angling for a show.

Hearing this, Lyles replied, “I’m angling for her.” Keisha Caine Bishop, his mother, has been a track star herself. At Seton Hall University, she earned 9× NCAA All-American honors, helped secure two NCAA national titles in the 4×400 m relay, and was named the 1995 Big East Championship Most Outstanding Performer. Getting to know how she raised a track star is something a lot of people would love.

Noah Lyles’ Mother has been his support

Opening up to NBC, Noah Lyles once shared, “My mom is a hard worker. I remember her saying constantly, “I don’t care what the job is; as long as I’m able to make money for my family, I’ll do the job. And I will do it to the best of my ability.” This mentality helped instill a tireless work ethic in both her children, Noah and Josephus Lyles. Both of them are track athletes, a sport that requires a tireless work ethic. These very words of her mother inspired Noah’s approach to life, i.e, “I want to be the best I can be, and I want to be the best you’ve ever seen.

Keisha has been Noah’s emotional anchor, especially as he faced health struggles. He suffered from asthma, dyslexia, ADHD, and moments of severe depression. She once said, “I think Noah and I just got really close because when he was young, he had so many health issues… At night…he could not sleep if he laid down because he couldn’t breathe correctly. So I would sit up all night and hold him so that he could fall asleep.” Noah still has 6 mental health problems that obstruct him from reaching his full potential.

Keisha’s role has also expanded into managerial, psychological, and advocacy domains. Dubbed as Noah’s momager, she navigates his career logistics, mental health, and public image, securing psychologists and a full support team. She once prayed before his Olympic races, “Dear God, please give Noah feet with angel’s wings,” and cautioned him, “Don’t let anybody in the race get hurt.” Moreover, Noah declared, “I’m always asked who my inspiration is, and the answer is always my mom.
