The teenager who won the gold in the Paris Olympics at just the age of 16, and the little sister of the Olympic gold medalist, who has been shattering records, Quincy Wilson and Solai Russell are quite the couple. And they receive quite the love from each other’s families as well. Last year, when the couple posted the pictures of their movie date, Dr. Sharon Russell, Solai’s mother, commented, “All I can say is… absolutely gorgeous @solairussell and absolutely handsome @quincywilson”. Now that they have stunned the internet once more, she is showering her love again.

The Bullis High School had its prom night, and Quincy Wilson did not hold back from being the prom king there. In an Instagram post uploaded by the 17-year-old on May 4, the kid posed with his girlfriend and prom night date, Solai Russell. The post was captioned, “prom 2025 #hallofprom @rsluxury_rentals Tuxedo by – @goughandrandolph”. While it is self-explanatory why the Men’s clothing store was tagged in the post, the Exotic Car Rental was present because the pictures he posted featured a grey Aston Martin, a car as quick as the athlete himself. The silver Martin not only complemented the speed of the Olympian but also the couple’s silver outfit.

Solai Russell might not be raising temperatures on the track as high as her elder sister, but she sure did set fire to the rain with her prom dress. The lady of the night donned a stunning silver sequin gown with a V-plunged neckline to the front and a one sided thigh high slit. The descriptions of her demure appearance don’t just end here. The backless sequins and crystal studded floor-length dress gripped her slender frame with slim, crystal-adorned straps. She accessorized her look with a large crystal floral hair clip and sparkling chandelier danglers that enhanced her beauty.

Quincy Wilson did not shy away from turning into a showstopper, either. He wore a sharp white satin tuxedo with silver floral embroidery that adorned the lapels, shoulders, and sleeves. He accompanied the double-breasted tux with a crisp white bow tie and matching waistcoat. Russell’s mother’s reaction to these pictures mirrored ours. She wrote, “The temperature just got hotter IN the room🔥 What a Speechless Monumental Moment for two beautiful souls @solairussell and @_quincy_wilson. The gems you both wore truly represent the beautiful lights within you. Keep dazzling the world and continue to impress greatness in every moment of your life! STUNNING is an understatement ❤” This is not the first time Mumma Russell has given us a peek into her warm personality.

This is not the first time, the couple has arrived at the Bullis High School in a luxury car, dressed to stun, that left fans mesmerized. While the approval came from Quincy’s mom for this one, Solai’s mom is no less. History speaks.

Quincy Wilson and Solai Russell’s homecoming date in October 2024 turned heads and captured hearts. The young couple made a grand entrance at the Bullis School’s homecoming event, arriving like royalty in a luxurious white Rolls-Royce Ghost. We are familiar with the game Quincy has displayed in the past few years, but admit it, you have to give it to him for his drip as well. He looked sharp and mature beyond his years in a tailored tan tuxedo.

Solai dazzled in a metallic green gown that shimmered under the lights. The dress’s sleek design was versatile enough for any occassion. Solai’s mom, Sharon Russell, felt overwhelmed with emotions seeing the two athletes glow and scurried to find words to praise the high schoolers. “Love My gorgeous daughter @solairussell. To the handsome @_quincy_wilson who is not only an incredible athlete and inspiration but a true gentleman, kind, considerate and so respectful,” she commented, calling both the athletes “work of art.”

Another comment of hers read, “Absolutely beautiful it was an incredible moment to be a part of and the parents did an incredible job! More amazing photos to come. this is just the beginning.” Quite a couple, and quite some love from both families, don’t you think?
