Ladies and gentlemen…My name is Paul Heyman, and I am the advocate for the reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion of the world…BROCK! LESNAR!!” These words could fill in energy in any dead crowd, so was the Aura of the beast when he was in WWE. A beast in and out of character, Lesnar rarely broke his intense persona. But on the few occasions he did—whether dancing with the Money in the Bank briefcase, climbing ring wreckage, or saluting fans with a cowboy grin after losing to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam 2022—fans got a glimpse of the man behind the myth. “But a dad’s gotta do what a dad’s gotta do,” that’s the saying, right?

The daughter of the WWE star is no less than him. She is in her college final year and quite an athlete herself, specializing in shot put, hammer throw, and discus. She recently achieved a remarkable milestone by securing her fourth consecutive Mountain West Conference (MWC) outdoor shot put title. Competing for Colorado State University, she delivered a record-breaking throw of 19.60 meters (64 feet 3.75 inches) at the Jack Christiansen Track, surpassing her previous records and setting a new facility benchmark. Being a proud partner, Lesnar was present at the Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, California, and weeks later, the former WWE star was seen in a completely different look.

The blonde hair was still unmistakable, though it no longer hung in a braided ponytail—instead, it flowed freely down to his shoulders. His beard was gone too, replaced by a growing stubble that surprisingly suited him. Seeing Brock Lesnar at a public event is a rare sight, and for good reason.

But he was out there to support his daughter. In an interview, Mya has called Brock one of her biggest supporters. For the fans, Brock Lesnar might look like a Viking, a WWE and UFC legend, but to her, he is just her dad. And being competitive, she has said of moving out of his shadow. Even Brock would not be supportive of such a mentality, considering what he advised her for her NCAA title.

In a press conference, Mya said that after her NCAA title win, he told her to celebrate and then put it on the side. But how many can they put on the side, because Brock Lesnar is fathering a daughter who is not shy of performance.

Mya Lesnar’s performance

Mya Lesnar has consistently set and broken records in her shot put career. In December 2023, she launched a throw of 18.50 meters at the Mines Alumni Classic, surpassing Colorado State University’s previous record of 17.55 meters. Later, in May 2025, she achieved a personal best of 19.60 meters at the Jack Christiansen Track, setting a new facility record. Lesnar secured the 2024 NCAA Indoor Shot Put National Championship with a throw of 18.53 meters, marking Colorado State University’s first women’s indoor national title in track and field.

She also clinched her fourth consecutive Mountain West Conference Outdoor Shot Put title in May 2025, solidifying her dominance in the sport. In recognition of her outstanding performances, Lesnar was named the 2024 Mountain West Female Athlete of the Year. She also received the Sportswomen of Colorado Track Athlete of the Year award, highlighting her exceptional contributions to collegiate athletics. She is set to graduate from Colorado State University, maybe then we can see her in WWE? What are your thoughts?
