Xiong Jing Nan vs. Angela Lee

The highly anticipated trilogy showdown between “The Panda” Xiong Jing Nan and “Unstoppable” Angela Lee is set to play out in the evening’s main event. And if their two fights are anything to go by, this one should be nothing short of spectacular.

Xiong defended her strawweight crown with a gutsy performance and fifth-round win when Lee moved up a division for their first meeting in March 2019. Then, when the pair rematched six months later, it was “Unstoppable’s” turn to score a nailbiting victory in the final round to retain her atomweight gold.

Thanks to those two electric battles, these two superstars have been on a collision course for a trilogy match, and at on Prime Video 2, they’ll settle the storied rivalry with a heated rubber match.

Xiong believes she has greatly improved since losing to Lee, while her Singaporean-American opponent feels that the Chinese superstar has yet to share the Circle with her at 100 percent.

It’s near impossible to single out a winner in this intriguing main event tussle, but one thing is certain – it will be a barnburner

Mikey Musumeci vs. Cleber Sousa

History will be made on September 30, as ONE’s first-ever submission grappling World Title will be contested between Mikey “Darth Rigatoni” Musumeci and Cleber Sousa.

The two grappling greats will meet on the evening’s main card, with the inaugural ONE Flyweight Submission Grappling World Championship on the line. But this won’t be the first time the pair have done battle.

Sousa and Musumeci have met twice before, and the series currently stands at 1-1. The Brazilian dynamo earned a tight decision win over Musumeci during their first match at the 2017 IBJJF Pan American Championship. And a few short months later, “Darth Rigatoni” pulled one back with an aggressive and technical display.

Their third showdown should play a similar tune – Sousa attempting to counter Musumeci’s heavy onslaught on the canvas. But fans will have to wait and see whether his strategy will be enough for him to leave the Circle with the historic gold on offer.

Timofey Nastyukhin vs. Halil Amir

The Russian fighter returns to the Circle with two back-to-back defeats on his mind. Nonetheless, he remains one of the most dangerous fighters in the stacked division.

He can choose to grapple or strike, depending on the scenario, and he is comfortable finishing rivals anywhere.

For his part, though, Amir could prove to be a difficult test for the former ONE Lightweight World Title contender.
