In the main event, Diachkova will challenge 19-year-old prodigy Smilla “The Hurricane” Sundell for her ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title, and she’ll do it in front of a raucous Thai crowd at Bangkok’s Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.

Anatoly Malykhin’s assessment of the world title showdown

Malykhin has been impressed by what he’s seen out of “Karelian Lynx.” She is undefeated with three first-round knockouts across four fights in ONE Championship, establishing herself as the division’s most terrifying contender. “Sladky” also knows that she’s in for the biggest test of her career against Sundell, as the hard-hitting Swede has looked seemingly unstoppable during her ONE tenure.

Malykhin spoke about the much-anticipated World Title showdown: “Diachkova is a very dangerous fighter. She punches well, she is physically very strong, and she is mentally charged. My wife follows her closely and predicts that she will become the champion. “

He further added, ” This fight will be a good test for her. She will face a strong opponent – Smilla Sundell. We will be there with cheers and prayers.” With three World Title belts sitting in his trophy case, it’s safe to say that Malykhin knows a thing or two about high-pressure situations.

Malykhin’s thoughts about Natalia Diachkova

He says that Diachkova has all the physical tools – her shocking power, deep gas tank, and proper technique – to take out the titleholder. But the true key to victory on Friday night, says Malykhin, will be Diachkova’s mindset and her ability to stay dialed in when the bright lights are on.

“Of course, she has all the necessary skills, but the main thing is to know how to use them. The most important thing in a fight, besides preparation, is to have a good mindset. All fighters possess excellent qualities – they have strength, endurance, and a fighter’s spirit.” Malykhin said.

He further added “But not all fighters can use these qualities on the day of the fight. A lot of people burn out, they start to get sick. If Diachkova is able to go through all these issues and come out in her best shape, then of course she will be able to win the belt.”
