Prajanchai is expecting to get the champ-champ status soon

That blockbuster showdown will take place live in Asia primetime at the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

The pair was previously scheduled to battle earlier this year, but when Di Bella – then the reigning strawweight kickboxing king – fell ill and was unable to pass hydration testing, he was stripped of his World Title and the bout was postponed.

Now, the two pound-for-pound stars will finally collide in a matchup that has the striking world buzzing with excitement.

A veteran of nearly 400 professional fights and a former Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai World Champion, Prajanchai is an incredibly decorated athlete widely recognized as one of the greatest strikers to ever come out of Thailand.

When he looks ahead to his clash with Di Bella, he’s quick to credit his foe for his blazing speed and dynamic boxing attack.

The Thai says he has something special in store for the former titleholder on fight night:

“Jonathan’s style is fast and agile. His strength is his combination punching. I know his weaknesses, but I won’t reveal them to you.

“I think I’m going to throw a variety of punches. And I have some other weapons for him, but please wait and see in the ring.”

If he can get past Di Bella at ONE Friday Fights 68, Prajanchai will be a rare two-sport titleholder, adding to his already impressive legacy.

While he stops short of giving an official prediction, the Thai knows he’ll be leaving Bangkok with another 26 pounds of ONE Championship gold in tow.

He added:

“For me, winning ONE World Title in two sports, kickboxing and Muay Thai, means a lot to my life. It can keep me going for a long time.

“I can’t predict anything, but you guys can expect to see two belts on my shoulders.”
