Swedish teenage sensation Smilla Sundell is already a World Champion at the tender age of 19, and she has recently linked up with another decorated athlete in the combat sports world. On Instagram, “The Hurricane” shared a photo of her with multiple-time boxing World Champion Tyson Fury at the Fairtex Training Center in Pattaya, Thailand.

“The Gypsy King” is one of the most decorated athletes in “the sweet science,” and he remains undefeated through 35 professional fights. Meanwhile, Sundell became the youngest World Champion in ONE history when she claimed the ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title at ONE 156 back in April 2022 – when she was just 17 years old. Of course, fans had a reason to be excited.

While some of the comments may have been made in jest, Sundell is certainly deserving of praise. She last competed at ONE Fight Night 14 in September 2023, where she successfully defended her prestigious belt by knocking out atomweight Muay Thai queen Allycia Hellen Rodrigues in the third round of their matchup.

In the comments section of the social media post, fans shared their excitement at seeing the two titleholders together in one of the most renowned striking gyms on the planet. Some of them even had a few jokes. “The GOAT and Tyson Fury in the same room. “He doesn’t know how lucky he is”. Someone even said,“A photo with a living legend. Fury is so lucky.” Of course, others were just too excited to see this unlikely duo- “Two absolute legends 🥊🥊”, “2 great Champions”. Few others remarked what a memorable combination this picture was- “Wow!! Smilla and Tyson.. that’s a fighting combo to remember!!”. And of course, one gentleman put it exactly the way it was meant to be- “Great knows great I guess!”
