Eager to win the title, Mayssa Bastos reveals she is still studying Danielle Kelly’s game, adding, “She knows how to use the rules to her advantage, so that makes her very dangerous. I believe that is her strong point. I am still studying her game, so the weaknesses that I saw in her game I will keep to myself for now. But I really believe in the work my team does.”

However, Bastos also aims to focus on improving her own Jiu-Jitsu skills rather than solely studying Danielle Kelly’s game to become a better version of herself. But surely, she doesn’t want to let slip an opportunity to win the ONE World Title.

Despite Danielle Kelly’s advantage in ONE Championship experience, Bastos boasts an impressive 115-win record outside the organization. This reflects that she could also be a formidable opponent for Danielle Kelly, who is currently riding a three-fight win streak within the promotion.
