ONE 169: Atlanta fight card
Last month, ONE Championship announced ONE 169: Atlanta with two huge fights on the card. One features the three-division ONE World Champion, Anatoly Malykhin, defending his ONE Heavyweight MMA World Title against Senegalese powerhouse ‘Reug Reug’ Oumar Kane. Kane’s return comes hot on the heels of his recent kickboxing victory over the countryman, Boucher Ketchup, at ONE Fight Night 23.
Another exciting matchup is the trilogy fight between Tawanchai PK Saenchai and Jo Nattawut. Their two previous encounters ended in razor-thin decisions that anyone could have won. For the second time in a row, Tawanchai will defend his ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Title against “Smokin’” Jo, who will be fighting in front of family and friends in his adoptive home in Atlanta.
Last week, the already stacked ONE 169: Atlanta card got even better with the addition of another title fight. This highly anticipated bout marks the long-awaited return of Christan Lee. Following the tragic loss of his sister, Victoria Lee, a fellow ONE Championship fighter, Lee took a hiatus. Now, he’s ready to step back into the cage and defend his ONE Lightweight MMA World Title against Alibeg Rasulov.
