A co-main larger-than-life for Cristina Morales

Competing in such a prominent spot on the all-female card gives Morales a chance to shine on the grand stage of the world’s largest martial arts organization, and she wants to make the most out of it to inspire women to push for their goals.

“I do not agree with people who believe women are not strong. We are very strong. When I fight, I feel strong. When I fight, I feel anything is possible,” she said. “To all women out there, I want to ask you to fight for your dreams. If you do it, it will come true.”

Morales was last seen in action at ONE Fight Night 16 in November, where she knocked out the always dangerous Anna “Supergirl” Jaroonsak in the first round of their atomweight kickboxing clash. She will look to use that momentum this weekend when she takes on the division’s undisputed Muay Thai queen.

Morales is a mother at heart

I like to show them that I can work and compete in the sport I love,” she said.
