Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam knows there’s only one way for him to earn another shot at the ONE Welterweight World Title – by impressing every time he steps inside the Circle.
The former divisional king has repeatedly excited audiences with his hard-hitting style, and he’ll be hoping to do the same when he steps into the Circle opposite Roberto “Robocop” Soldic at ONE Championship’s debut live show in the U.S., ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video, on May 5.

His upcoming battle will mark Kadestam’s 11th promotional appearance, making him one of the most experienced members in the welterweight division. And he wants to show American fans what he can do while up close and personal for the first time. He told ONE Championship: “I’ve never fought in America. I’ve never even been to America. This is going to be really cool. I’ve been wanting to go to America for a long time.”

Kadestam said: “This is the biggest and the best fight I could imagine. This is going to bring out the best from both of us. This is the best fight in welterweight history, for sure.”
“This is going to be crazy, I promise you that. Man, if nobody is going to sleep in this one, I’ll be disappointed. I get chills when I think about it.”

The pair share 29 knockouts across their combined 34 MMA victories, so both are capable of landing a fight-ending blow when they duke it out at ONE Fight Night 10, bringing even more heat to the historic May 5 card.
