The ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai king Nong-O Gaiyanghadao had his last title defense against his Russian opponent, Alaverdi Ramazanov. The Thai put on an awesome show in the main event of ONE Championship’s all-new weekly series of events called Friday Fights. The super exciting event exhibited Gaiyanghadao’s unbeatable toughness when he knocked out his opponent Ramazanov, even with a leaked nose.

Recently, ONE Championship authorities took to their Instagram and shared a gruesome video from one of Nong-O’s training sessions. The Thai leaned a bit forward and absorbed numerous leg kicks from one of his gym mates on his upper belly. The post also gained a lot of reactions and comments from fans.

Fans were startled by the toughness showcased by Nong-O Gaiyanghadao

ONE Championship also mentioned Nong-O Gaiyanghadao in their upload. The caption to their post read, “Nong-O Hama has a steel core”. It may be agreed that the punishment that Nong-O was taking while training would be attainable for a handful only.
