“Super” Sage Northcutt will make his hotly anticipated return at ONE Championship’s debut show on American soil, ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video, on May 5. The promotion confirmed the news on their official website on Monday, January 23. Northcutt will cross paths with Ahmed “Wolverine” Mujtaba in a lightweight duel at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, seeking to get back to winning ways following a defeat in his promotional bow.

After penning a deal with the Singapore-based organization in December 2018, the Evolve MMA and Team Alpha Male athlete debuted against Cosmo “Good Boy” Alexandre at ONE: ENTER THE DRAGON in May 2019.

“Wolverine” enters this bout riding two first-round wins, and another quick finish in May could see him move closer to a ranking spot in the lightweight division. At the same time, Mujtaba is keen to showcase Pakistan’s growing MMA scene to the world, and ONE’s debut show in the U.S. would be the perfect card for him to do just that.
