Rodtang Jitmuangnon is one of the most popular athletes in combat sports today. Fans suggested potential opponents for Rodtang

A fan took to the comments section, suggesting they’d love to see a rematch between Rodtang and ONE Flyweight MMA World Champion Demetrious Johnson, saying, “Rematch Demetrius Johnson in pure muay Thai.” We know their last encounter was a special rules fight for ONE Championship’s 10th anniversary, alternating between Muay Thai and MMA rounds. In that fight, Johnson defeated Rodtang by rear-naked choke submission. Meanwhile, another fan appreciated the scenic mountain and greenery view in the video, commenting, “Great view, great fighter.”

In a humorous twist, a fan joked about not recognizing Rodtang and commented, “Looks like a nice fighter, I think he should fight in ONE Championship and try being a champion.” Another fan, pointing out Rodtang practicing Muay Thai while wearing slippers, added, “With slippers on, I love that.”

In the comments, a fight fan was eager to see Rodtang Jitmuangnon settle unfinished business with multiple-time K-1 World Champion Takeru Segawa. Their match at ONE 165 in Tokyo earlier this year was scrapped due to Rodtang’s injury, with Superlek Kitamoo9 stepping in and defeating Takeru. The fan hyped the rematch, saying, “Takeru is waiting…” Another fan, however, had a different dream matchup in mind. He called for ONE Championship to pit Rodtang against the undefeated Jon Jones, declaring, “I have seen enough give him Jon Jones.”
