Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon vows to bring the best version of himself when he challenges for Superlek “The Kicking Machine” Kiatmoo9’s ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title this Friday, March 24. For years, striking fans–particularly within the Thai community–were eager to see the two young stars square off. Unfortunately, due to separate paths and commitments, they never had the opportunity to cross paths inside the ring.

But come ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video, the highly anticipated bout will turn into reality inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

“Everyone wanted to watch me lock horns with Superlek.”

While both athletes eventually became Rajadamnern and Lumpinee Stadium World Champions, Superlek, and Rodtang soon went on to broaden their horizons by competing overseas. Superlek fought in a couple of bouts in Europe, while Rodtang ventured out of his comfort zone, most notably taking on Tenshin Nasukawa in 2018.

The fight has been a long time in the making and the two legendary fighters will finally lock horns soon.
