Fabricio “Wonder Boy” Andrade has amassed a perfect track record inside the ONE Circle since making his debut in 2020, leading to plenty of praise from his fellow warriors, including newly crowned ONE Flyweight World Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson.

The AMC Pankration and Evolve MMA star expressed his admiration for the Brazilian fighter’s aggression and ability to switch between game plans – a tactic he himself has practiced for most of his storied career.

“He Takes Risks” – Demetrious Johnson Impressed by Fabricio Andrade’s Rise in ONE Championship

“It shows that my work is being recognized and motivates me to keep doing what I’m doing.”

Fabricio Andrade rates Demetrious Johnson as the greatest

“Wonder Boy” was quick to add that he has always been in awe of Johnson’s all-around abilities, and he cited the American’s title-winning performance against Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes at ONE on Prime Video 1 as an example of why he is considered the best to ever do it.

“DJ impressed me a lot in his last fight. He’s a guy who already has a long history in MMA. He was coming from a loss to Adriano Moraes, who is a very big guy for the division, and I even believed that Adriano would beat the DJ again. But the way the DJ won impressed me a lot. And that just proves he’s still on top,” he said.

Andrade has been nothing short of incredible inside the Circle. He secured a shot at Lineker’s much-coveted World Title by putting “Pretty Boy” Kwon Won Il to sleep inside 62 seconds ONE 158 this past June – his third consecutive knockout in ONE.
