“Before I started and I had this idea, I called her and said this is what I’m going to do. First of all, she’s always super supportive to what I’m doing, extremely nice. We have a very good relationship, so she is supporting. She said you have to involve women. I said yeah but I don’t have to involve women in UTS 1, I’ll do it later. She said no, you have to involve women at UTS 1. And then she gave me some great ideas of rules, and that I added.”

“The first thing she told me, you have such an entrepreneur mind, it’s unbelievable. She said it looks fun, it looks amazing. And then she gave me some more advice, so she was into it.
