Bernhard Langer is one of the best golfers and is currently the no.1 player on the Champions Tour. The German golfer was a dominant force even on the PGA Tour throughout his career. Meanwhile, he currently sits at the top with just one last day remaining before the final Charles Schwab Cup begins.
However, Jim Furyk, who is currently co-leading the event, is just behind Bernhard in the rankings. And he is trying to have a great finish to vault above Bernhard to the top position before the Charles Schwab Cup. Hence, Langer shared his mindset before getting into the final event of the season next week.

The 64-year-old golfer is currently competing at the TimberTech Championship. So after round three in the post-round interview, he was asked about the game plan and his mindset from here on. “I got to go all out. I got to play aggressive,” said Langer. “You have to do that around here and make some putts.”

And even though Tim Petrovic has a lesser chance than Jim Furyk for getting at the top, he certainly is a top contender to lift the trophy. However, Bernhard is way behind as he is -5 after three rounds, and he would need a miracle to get past Jim Furyk.

Bernhard, who has been consistent throughout the season, was slightly out of sync with his game this week. Hence, he remained behind Furyk, which might cost him the top spot going into the Charles Schwab Cup, the ultimate event on the Champions Tour.
