Apart from prize money, just like every other event, the winner will also receive some other perks. The champion will receive 500 FedExCup points and 58 OWGR points. Additionally, he will also get a two-season exemption on the PGA Tour and a place at the 2022 Masters and 2022 PGA Championship.
Hence, the players will be motivated twice as more to play their best golf and lift the trophy, as they will also get a chance to compete at the iconic Masters if they aren’t already a part of it.

Notably, there are 132 players on the field this week. However, there is a cut after 36-holes to filter out the players. So only the top 65 and ties will make it to the weekend. Not to forget, the players who play all four rounds will receive a share of the total $8.2 million prize money.
