Nicknamed the Black Knight and Mr. Fitness, Gary has always taken care of his health. That is the sole reason for him to be able to play a major even at 73. Even though he is in his 80s, the golf legend keeps himself healthy with a proper diet and regular exercise. “Eat less, drink water, and exercise more” is the advice he gives others to keep to stay fit.
