Undoubtedly, Charlie has improved a lot as a golfer. His driving distance, distance control with wedges, and ability to read the putts have increased. But still, he cannot compete at a major championship event yet. Charlie needs to play a bit more competitive golf and win a few amateur and junior championships initially.
So, if he wins the Latin America Amateur Championship, he will be eligible to play the iconic Masters at Augusta as an amateur. However, he still needs to get more speed and distance in his game, something that will only come with time.
