Phil Mickelson is the winner of the controversial PIP Fund. He announced this news on Twitter and said he has won $8 million. Moreover, according to few reports, Tiger Woods finished 2nd and just behind Phil. Meanwhile, the PGA Tour did not announce or disclose the winners or rankings as they had already clarified that they will not disclose the winners.
