How did Tony Finau react to Tiger Woods’ message post-Northern Trust win?

Unsurprisingly, Woods’ message was extremely special for Finau. “One of the very first (messages) was from Tiger (Woods) and that was a very special one. He was just explaining to me that he was proud of me and the fight and grit that I had so that was obviously a very very special one for me to see”.

“I’ve kinda starved I think a lot of my fans and supporters of a win for five years so this one is special. I think I’ve gained a lot of fans in these five years and to be able to share this with so many people has been very very special“. Above all, Finau remains glad that there are many people who have been keeping up with his career, even though he has not won for five years or so.
