John Daly and his son John Daly II won the 2021 PNC Championship with a record score. They outplayed the entire field as they carded a final round 57 and finished with a score of -27. Meanwhile, team Woods was also on a roll as they birdied eleven consecutive holes but sadly just fell short by two strokes. 

What is PNC Championship? 

PNC Championship is a casual family event. Here, only the major championship or Players Championship winners are eligible to compete along with their families. Hence, this is one of the most adorable and heartening events in golf that everyone wants to treasure. So here are the best and sweetest moments of players with their families.  

Team Woods (Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods)

This has been an excellent comeback from Tiger Woods. His performance exceeded everyone’s expectations, as he was bombing drives, hitting darts with irons, and draining clutch putts. Meanwhile, he also got brilliant support from his son Charlie Woods, who was equally good with his game. So here are a few of the best heartening moments between Tiger and his son Charlie.

Team Daly (John Daly and John Daly II)

This victory was special for team Daly, and they will remember it for the rest of their lives. John Daly, who is still battling bladder cancer, had probably the best time of his life as his son John Daly II overshadowed him, especially on the putting greens. Here are the best moments between John Daly and his son John Daly II.

Team Korda (Nelly Korda and Petr Korda)

Nelly Korda was the only women’s golfer in the field. She became only the second female professional golfer to compete in the PNC Championship. Nelly teamed up with her dad Petr Korda, who is a former tennis player. They enjoyed their time out there, and most importantly, Nelly had a fangirl moment when she met Tiger Woods. 

Team Stenson (Henrik Stenson and Karl Stenson)

This was probably the sweetest and the most entertaining team in this event. Henrik had his 11-year-old son Karl, who was also the youngest player in the field. They both enjoyed themselves, especially in the press conferences where Karl stole the show with some hilarious answers.
