The 2021 PNC Championship is all set to begin today. The major attraction in this event is Tiger Woods. He will be playing in his first-ever golf tournament since the solo car crash in February 2021. Tiger will team up with his son Charlie Woods and compete against the rest in this casual family event. 

PNC Championship is a family event where major championship winners team up with their son, daughter, or father. So along with team Woods, there are teams like team Korda, team Thomas, team Trevino, and others. PNC is an excellent event, especially for youngsters, as they get to meet and learn from some of the legends of the game. 

Lee Trevino reveals he is a big Charlie Woods fan

Lee Trevino is one of the legendary golfers. He is competing at the PNC Championship with his son Daniel Trevino. In the event, as Lee was walking towards the first tee, a few golf fans came to him and asked for an autograph. So Trevino, while signing, said, “I know you’re not going to follow me, but thanks for coming.”

Yesterday after the pro-am event, Lee Trevino was at the practice range along with Tiger and Charlie Woods. Trevino saw Charlie hitting a few balls on the range and fell in love with his swing. He even offered a few valuable tips about wedge shots to both; Tiger and Charlie Woods. 

They were on the range after the pro-am event for quite a while, as they had a great time with the legend Lee Trevino. However, team Trevino is paired with team Watson while team Woods will tee off with team Thomas for round one of the 2021 PNC Championship.
