Davis Riley, the PGA Tour rookie, is grabbing everyone’s attention at the Valspar Championship through his surprising debut performance. A new video of his golf swing from the tournament has taken over the internet like a storm now.

It took only a few hours for the video of the rookie golfer hitting a swing shot to go viral over Twitter. Golf Digest’s writer Dan Rapaport shared the 3-second video with an interesting caption.

“Davis Riley’s golf swing is borderline erotic,” Rapaport captioned the video, which contained the butter-smooth swing shot of the 25-year-old PGA rookie. The caption and video were enough to make it viral. However, his rising popularity also had helped receive hundreds of likes and engagement on the internet in little time.

Despite being a rookie, Riley had impressed everyone with his two-shot lead after the third round of the 2022 Valspar Championship. The 25-year-old put on a show at the Copperhead Course. His creative chip-and-run under a tree and the 70-foot bunker shot that resulted in a birdie attracted many golf fans.

Riley topping the leaderboard on a field that includes Justin Thomas and Xander Schauffele was not something anybody had thought of before the tournament began. Thus, any content related to the monster rookie’s performance is earning a lot of engagement on the internet.
