Michael Visacki Aiming To Become a Visionary With His Success Story

Every golfer playing at the 2021 Valspar Championship is special. These are the players who fit the tournament’s qualification criteria and earned a spot to play in the event. However, PGA Tour debutant Michael Visacki would be the happiest player on the course. Visacki is aiming to inspire more people with his success story. 

Success on the PGA Tour is hard to come by. It does not flash in the eyes of a golfer as soon as he sets foot on the course. It has to be hard-earned and Michael Visacki is currently reaping the benefits of it. 

Michael Visacki, or “Big Mike,” is currently the shining star on the PGA Tour. He qualified for the 2021 Valspar Championship with an excellent performance in the qualifiers and earned his maiden start on the PGA Tour. Visacki does not want to stop here and wants to keep inspiring other golfers as he climbs up the ladder.

Michael Visacki wants to stand out as an example on the PGA Tour

Michael Visacki turned pro about seven years ago and never stopped grinding. His only goal was to make it to the PGA Tour and he fulfilled it. There is no better feeling of living your dream, but Michael Visacki wants to put behind the emotions and focus on the work. 

Visacki birdied his first-ever hole on the PGA Tour and ended up shooting 3-over 74 on Thursday. While the Round 1 performance did not get him on the top half of the leaderboard, Visacki was overjoyed with the experience.

“I hope that it gives other guys like me inspiration to keep going, because I know a lot of guys that just give up, they’re like, Oh, you know, I’m not good enough, I don’t think I’m good enough, or, I’m not good at this or I’m not good at that,” he mentioned. 

The 27-year-old iterated on the importance of self-belief and how it motivates a person. It took Visacki 37 wins on the West Florida Pro Tour to gain entry into the PGA Tour, but some other person might face a different circumstance.

The situation might be different, but hardwork is always the key to finding success. Michael Visacki wants to stand out as an example, and his primary motive is to help players sustain self-belief and keep trying.
