Anirban Lahiri mentions what golf means to him

In one of his tweets, Dan Rapaport of Golf Digest shared with the golf world what the Indian golfer thinks of the sport.

According to the tweet, the golfer does meditation for 30 minutes for his life. Lahiri said, “Golf is just something that I do.” The Golf Digest reporter seemed impressed with Lahiri’s answer as he added, “We should all be more like Anirban Lahiri,” in his tweet.

Golf in India isn’t as widely followed as some other sports. However, Lahiri grew up to love golf and find success in it. It certainly would be a proud moment for the country as he could make it to the Players Championship, the so-called fifth major.
