That being said, Fowler has been at the top of his game at the CJ Cup. He shot nine-under 63 during Round 3 to secure his lead, complete with nine birdies. His only bogey of the event was during Round 2 on second, which he overcame with seven birdies scattered throughout the remaining round.

During interviews, while at the event, Fowler was asked about the TV Show he was enjoying right now, helping him relax in his time off. Well, the 32-year-old seems to have a couple of shows he is watching, saving the last few episodes for later. “We’re about to finish Squid Games,” he said. “So we’ve been doing a lot of reading this week since there are subtitles”.

He is also watching Ted Lasso and has saved the last episode. “Morning Show has been another, so, luckily there’s a few around that we can kind of rotate and have plenty to watch”.

Looking at his selection, Fowler has quite an interesting spread of shows to watch. The first show he mentioned is Netflix’s recent Squid Game, a nine-episode South Korean drama. Based on a unique contest of contestants playing with a death penalty on their heads, Squid Game is Netflix’s most-watched show to date.

Ted Lasso, an AppleTV+ show, is about a football coach. Fowler still has the episode of the two-season show left. Of course, the last show is The Morning Show – a drama series that focuses on looking behind the scenes of a modern workplace.

Looking back, Fowler has endured a rough year altogether. He did not make the Ryder Cup team, and also missed the FedEx Cup playoffs for the first time in his career. “Everyone’s gone through ups and downs in golf,” he said. “When you’re in those low points, there’s times when you wonder like: Am I ever going to be back in that position?”
