WATCH: Bryson DeChambeau Tests His New 3D Printed Prototype Irons to the Absolute Limit!

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the prominent names on the PGA Tour. He has 8 PGA Tour wins and a major championship victory in his career so far. Meanwhile, DeChambeau has a love-hate relationship with fans, as his unconventional style of play doesn’t always make sense to people. However, he is continuing to work on his game regardless of what others say. 

Bryson is trying to overwhelm the course with his power game. Hence, along with technique, he needs sound equipment as well. He recently tried the Cobra’s new 3D printed prototype irons. And in his recent YouTube video, he shared his experience.

Bryson DeChambeau tries out the Cobra 3D printed prototype irons

Bryson DeChambeau shared a video on his YouTube channel where he was trying out the new prototype irons by Cobra Puma. DeChambeau looked immensely impressed with these new irons, as the ball speed and spin rate that he achieved with these irons was incredible. Moreover, the feel of the clubs also seems to be satisfactory to the 2020 U.S. Open Champion.

We could witness a significant change to Bryson’s golf bag this season on the PGA Tour. Meanwhile, Bryson has been using one-length clubs since 2016 and is probably the only player on the Tour with this type of club. 

Moreover, the highlight of the practice session was the appearance of the former American golfer Lee Trevino. He impressed Bryson with some of his shots on the driving range, even at the age of 81. Furthermore, he explained the mechanics of his putting grip while holding his armlock putter.

Meanwhile, the 28-year-old hasn’t played an event on the PGA Tour yet this season. He is still trying to find out the areas of improvement in his game. He seems to be predominantly working on his ball speed more than anything else and has made significant changes to his game accordingly.
