Notably, the FedExCup is not included in the prize money section, as it is a bonus for winning the season-long event. Hence, Justin Thomas has won the most money earned in a single paycheck on the PGA Tour. He won $2.70 million after winning the 2021 Players Championship.

Undoubtedly, many people would have expected Tiger Woods to be the winner in this challenge. However, JT won the Players Championship last year and bagged the highest paycheck on the PGA Tour. Furthermore, there is a four-way tie for second place between Bryson DeChambeau, Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, and Gary Woodland. 

All these players have won $2.25 million at major championship events and Players Championship. The third place has a two-way tie with major events specialist, Brooks Koepka, and the oldest major winner, Phil Mickelson, at $2.16 million. Lastly, in fourth place, we see Tiger Woods with $2.07 million after winning the 2019 Masters.
