Harry Higgs and Keith Mitchell will take on Phil Mickelson and Joel Dahmen at Liberty National Golf Club in Jersey City on August 17th. And these players will have a money game with lots of trash talking. It’s just been two years since Harry Higgs has ben on the PGA Tour. But he has established himself as a solid golfer and perhaps has already become a fan favorite.

This event came out of nowhere. During a Q&A on Twitter, a guy asked Higgs who would he partner with to take on Phil and Brady in the next Match? To which Higgs responded that he will play with anyone. But he doesn’t think Phil Mickelson is ready for his trash talk.

However, the legendary left-hander Phil Mickelson replied in his style and accepted the challenge. He said, “I might not be ready for your trash talk, but I am READY for you.”

Furthermore, Joel Dahmen asked to join in, and Mickelson grabbed him to be his partner. However, on the next day, Harry Higgs named Keith Mitchell as his partner, who started his 3M Open’s third round with seven straight birdies. Mickelson’s Tuesday money games are legendary, and this one shouldn’t disappoint.

Phil Mickelson made a tweet with his PGA Championship trophy and said: “Dear Harry Higgs and Keith Mitchell. This is the Wanamaker trophy with an Ed Ruscha piece in the background. This is all See you tomorrow at 10:00. I’ll tweet the hole by hole.”

The 51-year-old flexed his latest achievement by showing his trophy and tried to troll Higgs and Mitchell. He even promised to update the scores hole by hole. They will be playing this event on the Liberty National Golf Course, which is also the host for this week’s Northern Trust. So, this is an excellent opportunity for Phil to earn some cash and also have a quality practice round at the course.
