Preview-

Two teams that have enjoyed similar returns so far in the season and which have come into the season with lofty ambitions face each other on Monday.

The 76ers have won their last three games and seven out of their last eight games. This run has placed them fifth in the Eastern Conference with a win-loss record of 14-6.  In their last game, the 76ers won 119-116 against Indiana Pacers. The victory was backed by Joel Embiid, who seemed to have made up for his zero-point performance a few games before. Embiid scored a game-high 32 points in the game against Pacers. He also took down 13 rebounds, while Ben Simmons recorded 15 points and 13 assists on the night.

Their Monday’s opponents, Utah Jazz from the Western Conference, have a win-loss record of 12-8, and sit sixth in their conference. Utah lost three of their last four games and their next two games won’t be the easiest either. After the trip to Philadelphia, Utah host Lakers on Thursday. Fatigue might also play a part for the Jazz, who will be travelling to Philadelphia immediately after losing in Toronto.
