Over the years, PlayStation has offered a plethora of attractive and exclusive titles to its users. While this has been a huge reason behind Sony’s dominance in the previous console wars, the Japanese tech giant kicked it up a notch for the current generation of gaming.

The PlayStation 5’s DualSense controller has been one of the biggest highlights ever since its release. With features like immersive haptic feedback, dynamic adaptive triggers, and a built-in microphone, it comfortably beats any other gaming controller in the market.

Titles like Fortnite, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla support the aforementioned features.

A lot of players have reported identical problems with the triggers on their DualSense controllers. Apparently, the spring dislodges after some usage, and leads to a loose R2/L2 trigger.

A YouTube video by TronicsFix explains the working of the controller, and some users even attempted to fix their consoles by watching it:

However, it is worth noting that opening up the DualSense yourself might void its warranty, and remove any chances of official support from Sony.

Gamers still struggling to get a PlayStation 5

Sony’s new gen-console hit the stores in mid-November, and its demand has been staggering ever since. So much so, it seems that the console giant itself didn’t anticipate such a response. In contrast to the demand, the supply for the PS5 hasn’t met the expectations of the community.

From the looks of it, the low supply numbers will continue in early 2021, and buying a PS5 will remain a hefty task for gamers around the world.
