As the novel coronavirus continues to wreak havoc across the globe, more and more people are struggling to fulfill their basic needs. Consequently, Nick Kyrgios comes in rescue for the vulnerable families during the pandemic.

The so-called ‘bad boy’ of the tennis always shows his side of solidarity at the time of crisis. The Australian star offered support to those struggling during the public crisis. He will support the affected by delivering essential supplies to them.

“I will drop it at your doorstep” – Nick Kyrgios

Kyrgios, who is self-quarantined at his home in Canberra, posted a heartwarming message on social media on Monday and joined a movement to help the ones in need. He urged the people to reach out to him if they require any help.

“If anyone is not working/not getting an income and runs out of food, or times are just tough. Please don’t go to sleep with an empty stomach,” the post said.

“Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to send me a private message. I will be more than happy to share whatever I have. Even just for a box of noodles, a loaf of bread or milk. I will drop it off at your doorstep, no questions asked!” he added.

Kyrgios’ generosity comes after reports from economists suggested that more than 500,000 people in Australia would lose their jobs due to the outbreak. The 24-year-old certainly has a soft hard as he still wants to help the ones battling the consequences of coronavirus, even though his own earnings have taken a significant hit during the lockdown of the tennis season.
