Last Hitting, and handling Wild Pokemon in Pokemon Unite
In Pokemon Unite, players who give the final blow on a wild Pokemon gains the bulk of the experience and all the Aeos Energy. So if Support players have a higher level compared to their lane partner who might be a Carry, then let them get the last hit if it’s not contested by the opposing team. This helps them level-up faster and they would need it because they have to do a lot of damage to their opponents.

Along with that, it’s also important for players to take part in massive team fights, and they should definitely try to kill the Wild Pokemons. In the bottom lane, it’s especially important to kill Drednaw as it helps the team gain a shield. This helps a lot during battle, as it blocks all incoming damage until it’s depleted. It’s also better to not attack Zapdos if a player’s team is winning massively. If they want to attack this Wild Pokemon, it’s better to do it when the opposing team isn’t around because they are trying to score. Along with that, teams should also do it after completely wiping out the enemy squad.
It’s also important to note that players shouldn’t overstay their welcome after completing the first goal. Usually after defeating a Wild Pokemon, a team fight may happen which will usually result in their loss. So it’s better to change lanes and take on another Wild Pokemon or farm for the impending team fight.

Know your role and moves
Players should also make sure that they know their roles in a match. The game has five roles in Supporter, All-Rounder, Attacker, Defender, and Speedster. Each of them has unique abilities and skill sets that complement with other characters in the game, so players shouldn’t overstep and try something which their character isn’t capable of. Players should know the move set their character will have before they select them for a match. If players have to fill in for a role then, they should make sure that they know what their Pokemon can do.

Players should also score in the game at the right time. After a team defeats a Zapdos, they should definitely dunk their points because they will have a lot. However, earlier in the game, it’s okay to not complete the goal by keeping the remaining score at around one or two. This allows them to earn Aeos Energy and wait for a Wild Pokemon to spawn for them to defeat.
There are a lot of minor mistakes that players can make in the game while playing. However, by correcting them, players will gain a lot of wins and easily get the coveted Master Rank.
