Dead Ops Arcade will return for Call of Duty Cold War

Dead Ops Arcade is a small mini-game that initially appeared in Call of Duty Black Ops as a hidden game mode. Its appealing story and several rounds of gameplay made it more than just a secondary game plot. In Call of Duty Black Ops, players unlocked DOA by typing “DOA” on the CIA computer.

The game is really different from the Zombie mode in Call of Duty because of features like unlimited ammo, abilities, and power-ups.

Also, the players get three lives and the game ends if they exhaust all of them. The basic goal is to fight Zombies or rather waves of Zombies that grow stronger with time. Fans really loved Dead Ops Arcade because of its unique style and gameplay.

After the CoD Cold War Zombies reveal, Treyarch tweeted an image with no context. The tweet only said, “Oh, one more thing…we’ll just leave this here for now.”?

A lot of new Call of Duty players do not know about Dead Ops Arcade, but the veterans will remember it well. The first DOA game was based on the Mayan jungle theme, and the tweet resembles the map. Even for Treyarch, there is no reason to not release a new Dead Ops Arcade game with all the surrounding hype.

The Cold War Zombie reveal was a good experience for both the devs and the fans. The latest title is set to release on November 13 across current-gen and next-gen consoles from Microsoft and Sony.
