The next-gen PlayStation 5 is just a month away from launch. The PS5 has a lot of stellar features, but many of them are just theoretical until the console arrives. Through special access events open to the public, however, some features of the console have been accessed by certain individuals.

The latest information to slip out is about the lightning-fast loading speeds of the PlayStation 5. Sony has been conducting various hands-on experience events all around Japan. In one of these, fans tested Devil May Cry 5 on the next-gen console.

From this event, ResetEra spotted a video of the gameplay. The most fascinating part is how quickly the game boots up. Moreover, a comparison with the PS4 shows that the difference is breath-taking.

While the feature sounds really awesome there just might be a backside to it. The very useful tips on loading screens on the cool loading animations between missions will now be missing from games. Some developers might figure out a workaround to avoid this by adding transitions. On the other hand, the rest will just use it to their advantage and deliver fans a smooth experience.

Up until now, Sony has been relatively guarded about the PS5, unlike Microsoft. However, with the launch date now on the horizon, we can expect many such reveals over the next month or so.
