Race for Year-End No. 1 Continues As Daniil Medvedev and Novak Djokovic Headline Rolex Paris Masters Players List

The final hardcourt ATP Masters 1000 event of the season is held in Paris. The Rolex Paris Masters is an event that takes place towards the end of the season, and in the last season, Russian tennis ace Daniil Medvedev was crowned champion. 

Recently, there was a positive update with regard to the Rolex Paris Masters. Fans will be allowed to attend the matches and see their favorite players in action. And superstars like Novak Djokovic, Daniil Medvedev, and Stefanos Tsitsipas will be headlining the competition.

Since this is the last ATP 1000 event of the season, there are many players who require the points in order to qualify for the season-ending ATP World Tour Finals, which will take place from the 14th of November to the 21st of November. The event in Bercy will start on the 30th of October and the finals will be held on the 7th of November.

As we speak of the Rolex Paris Masters, Daniil Medvedev won the tournament in the previous season. On the hardcourts, he is one of the toughest players to beat on the Tour. In the final last year, Daniil fought back from being a set down and eventually registered a win over Alexander Zverev.

However, the most dominant player in this event is none other than Novak Djokovic. The Serb has been in six finals and has won the tournament on five occasions.

In the current season, Djokovic and Medvedev have competed in the finals of the first Grand Slam event and the last event of the season. In Australia, the Serb won in straight sets, and in New York, the Russian powerhouse returned the favor. It will be interesting to see these two athletes compete.
