Thrilled to join Rolex family: Iga Swiatek

Swiatek recently took to Twitter to express her jubilation at the prospect of working with Rolex. The 19-year-old admitted that the association with Rolex has made her reflect on her journey from a kid marveled at Federer holding Grand Slam trophies with his timepiece on the wrist to having her own timepiece.

In the uploaded picture, Swiatek was seen flaunting her Rolex timepiece while watching the ocean in Melbourne during the ongoing 2021 Australian Open.

In fact, when Federer broke Pete Sampras’ Grand Slam record at the 2009 Wimbledon Championships, he was seen sporting a Rolex watch on his wrist.

In the past, the 20-time Grand Slam champion has talked about the importance of that watch since it reminds him of the historic moment.
