Recently, some changes made to one agent have pointed towards the arrival of a new healer.

Sage is currently the game’s only healer. While agents like Reyna and Phoenix can heal themselves, Sage is the only agent capable of healing and resurrecting fellow teammates. This makes her a little overpowered. This was one of the reasons for the recent nerf that she received. But there may be another reason behind her nerf, which is the possible introduction of a new healer.

An unnamed healer is coming to Valorant?

Players already know that a healer is on their way to the game. Valorant’s lead Character Designer Morello has already mentioned sparked rumors of the healer by mentioning them himself.

He revealed that the agent will be like Sage and will also resurrect teammates. Combine this with the recent Sage nerf, and it all suddenly makes sense. The new agent will bring balance to the mix of agents and will level the playing field for everyone.
